As a long time renter with a young growing family I wanted to move forward into the permanency and space of a home. As a first time home buyer my biggest problem was that I had terrible credit and our country was in the middle of a loan crisis making it nearly impossible for an individual with good credit to get a home loan. When I approached Jennifer about my wishes and concerns, she simply smiled and said, "We will find a way." Well Jennifer not only found us the perfect home in a beautiful Citrus Springs but went the extra mile and searched as far as Minnesota to get our home loan. As a new client of Jennifer Tellier, I am pleased to recommend her to anyone who may be trying to sell properties in this "buyer's market".  I bought my property shortly after the boom of 2004 as values dropped for investment. After sitting on the properties for a few years I decided to try and unload them on my own in this tough market in an effort to recoup some initial capital. I failed and therefore decided to talk to a professional. Jennifer recognized my short comings immediately. She explained that most inventors buying after the real estate bubble did so with the anticipation that it would be just a short tim e before market would shoot right back up to unprecedented heights again. Jenifer wasted no time building my property listing to a wonderful presentation including an eye catching digital collage of what the " Nature Coast " has to offer. She went as far as to personally visit the community center my property is within to locate each amenity a potential buyer would enjoy should they decide to purchase. As Our former Director of Sales for Randoli's Natural Repellent, Inc. Jennifer was responsible for building new accounts for our local start-up company. In one short year she advanced the company from 3 or 4 small local accounts to nearly 100 accounts throughout Florida and the Southeast. Being a product of the "information age" her young and technically tenacious sales ability allowed her to reach-out to potential clients quickly and effectively by means of unique internet networking and strategically placed "click through" ads. Once the internet campaign was established and running independently she took to the road traveling from prospect to prospect generating new accounts by means of a traditional and notoriously more difficult "cold sale" campaign.
